BTS's Jimin Breaks Record For Longest-Charting K-Pop Soloist On Billboard Artist 100
BTS’s Jimin is now the longest-charting K-pop soloist of all time on Billboard’s Artist 100!
For the week ending on February 1, Jimin rose to No. 62 in his 34th non-consecutive week on the Artist 100—overtaking his bandmate Jungkook to become the K-pop soloist to spend the most weeks on the chart.
Meanwhile, Jimin’s solo album “MUSE” climbed back up to No. 77 in its 27th week on the Billboard 200, extending its own record as the longest-charting Kpop solo album in the history of the chart.
“MUSE” also held onto its spot at No. 1 on Billboard’s World Albums chart, marking its third non-consecutive week topping the chart.
Finally, Jimin’s title track “Who” jumped to No. 25 in its 26th week on the Hot 100, while also staying strong at No. 11 on the Streaming Songs chart, No. 16 on the Global 200, and No. 22 on the Global Excl. U.S. chart.
