Seo Kang Joon Goes Undercover, Jin Ki Joo Guides, And Kim Shin Rok Dominates In Posters For “Undercover High School”
MBC’s upcoming drama “Undercover High School” has unveiled intriguing character posters!
“Undercover High School” is a comedy action drama that follows Jung Hae Sung (Seo Kang Joon), a National Intelligence Service (NIS) agent who goes undercover as a high school student to track down Emperor Gojong’s missing gold.
Jin Ki Joo stars as Oh Soo Ah, a temporary Korean history teacher and Jung Hae Sung’s homeroom teacher.
Kim Shin Rok stars as Seo Myung Joo, the head of Byungmun Foundation and director of Byungmun High School.
The newly released posters offer a glimpse into the distinct personalities of Jung Hae Sung, Oh Soo Ah, and Seo Myung Joo. In the first poster, Jung Hae Sung is walking through a crowd of students accompanied by the caption, “I’m Jung Hae Sung. I just transferred here.” His arrival at the school sparks curiosity about the challenges he will face as he navigates his undercover mission while getting entangled with both students and teachers in unexpected ways.
Oh Soo Ah appears with a gentle smile, introducing herself with, “Nice to meet you. I’m your homeroom teacher Oh Soo Ah.” As a dedicated temporary teacher, Oh Soo Ah takes immense pride in her love for her students and approaches her job with passion. However, beneath her bright and positive demeanor lies an unspoken emotional wound.
Meanwhile, Seo Myung Joo commands attention with her piercing gaze and an intense caption that reads, “Let’s see how you play.” Towering over the scene, she radiates charisma and authority, suggesting an iron grip over the school. Her watchful stance raises intrigue about the turmoil brewing within the school’s walls and the impact of her formidable presence.
The drama’s production team commented, “The posters visually represent Hae Sung entering the school, Soo Ah as a member of the faculty, and Myung Joo as the dominant force overseeing the institution. Though they exist within the same space of Byungmun High School, their differing positions and roles set them apart.” They further explained, “Hae Sung’s high-angle shot suggests he’s being watched, Soo Ah’s eye-level perspective mirrors that of the students, while Myung Joo’s low-angle shot reinforces her commanding nature.”
“Undercover High School” will premiere on February 21 at 9:50 p.m. KST.
