“Love Scout” Postpones New Episode Amid Lunar New Year + Treats Fans To Behind-The-Scenes Photos

SBS’s “Love Scout” will not be airing a new episode tomorrow.

On January 30, the production team of the SBS Friday-Saturday drama announced that a special broadcast of “Love Scout” will air on Friday, January 31 at 10 p.m. KST. Episode 9 will then air the following day, Saturday, February 1 at 9:50 p.m. KST.

When asked about the scheduling change, an SBS representative explained, “The decision was made based on the network’s programming strategy.” The delay appears to be an effort to avoid potential dips in viewership ratings during the Lunar New Year holiday when audiences are typically occupied with family gatherings. Instead of airing a new episode during this period, the network opted for a special broadcast while pushing Episode 9 back by one day.

In order to make up for the delay, “Love Scout” has shared adorable behind-the-scenes photos of its stars on set. Han Ji Min radiates her signature bright and lovely energy on set, while Lee Jun Hyuk diligently monitors his performance, showcasing his dedication and professionalism.

The undeniable chemistry between Han Ji Min and Lee Jun Hyuk also shines through. One moment shows Lee Jun Hyuk playfully resting his finger on Han Ji Min’s head as she flashes a radiant smile, further proving their effortless synergy.

The production team shared, “We hope everyone had a joyful Lunar New Year holiday,” and added, “Han Ji Min and Lee Jun Hyuk’s teamwork has always been impeccable. Despite being outstanding actors, they continuously exchanged ideas to refine even the subtlest emotional nuances.”

They concluded, “With only four episodes left, Ji Yun and Eun Ho, who have come to care for each other, will continue to grow through their mature love. Please stay with us until the end of ‘Love Scout.’”
