Watch: Lee Se Young And Na In Woo Show Off Adorable Chemistry On Set Of "Motel California"

MBC’s “Motel California” has unveiled a new behind-the-scenes video!

Based on Shim Yoon Seo’s 2019 novel “Home, Bitter Home,” “Motel California” is a romance drama about a woman named Ji Kang Hee (Lee Se Young), who was born and raised in a rural motel called Motel California. After escaping her hometown, she returns home after 12 years and winds up reconnecting with her first love and childhood friend Cheon Yeon Soo (Na In Woo).

The video begins with Lee Se Young and Na In Woo showcasing sweet chemistry while rehearsing for their scenes. When Na In Woo accidentally makes a mistake while playing his guitar, he adorably asks for one more chance. Lee Se Young practices her lines him, and when her character Ji Kang Hee asks if Yeon Soo likes her, Na In Woo can barely hold back his smile and nods.

In another scene outdoors, Lee Se Young and Na In Woo get excited after spotting a frog. They also look after each other while filming in the river, with Na In Woo taking care to not let Lee Se Young fall down and Lee Se Young helping to wipe the water away from Na In Woo’s clothes.

Finally, the two rehearse their kiss scene in depth, checking their positions before filming, eventually creating a beautiful shot amidst a lighthearted atmosphere.
