February Variety Show Brand Reputation Rankings Announced
The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for variety shows!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, interaction, media coverage, community awareness, and viewership indexes of 50 popular variety programs, using big data collected from January 2 to February 2.
“Mister Trot 3” held onto its spot at the top of the list with a brand reputation index of 12,144,490, marking a 64.69 percent increase in its score since January. High-ranking phrases in the show’s keyword analysis included “online vote,” “death match,” and “viewership ratings,” while its highest-ranking related terms included “compete,” “passionate,” and “vote.” The program’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 92.57 percent positive reactions.
“King of Active Singers” also maintained its position at second place with a brand reputation index of 10,046,525, marking a 51.13 percent rise in its score since last month.
“Home Alone” (“I Live Alone”) remained third place with a brand reputation index of 71,92,886, marking a 15.56 percent increase in its score since January.
“Running Man” stayed strong at fourth place with a brand reputation index of 4,609,365, marking a 7.85 percent rise in its score.
Finally, “My Little Old Boy” came in at a close fifth with a brand reputation index of 4,552,655, marking a 7.66 percent increase in its score.
