Mun Ka Young, Choi Hyun Wook, Im Se Mi, And Kwak Si Yang Remain Resolute In The Face Of Love In "My Dearest Nemesis" Posters
tvN’s upcoming drama “My Dearest Nemesis” has unveiled new character posters starring Mun Ka Young, Choi Hyun Wook, Im Se Mi, and Kwak Si Yang!
Based on a popular webtoon, “My Dearest Nemesis” tells the love story of a man and woman who first meet via their online game characters during their school days, then meet again in real life as boss and employee 16 years later.
Mun Ka Young will star as Baek Su Jeong, a hard-working and talented team leader in the strategic planning division at Yongseong Department Store. Baek Su Jeong captivates with her sharp and serious gaze in contrast to the lovely mood created by the bright pink backdrop. The copy on the poster, “Life is a single-player [game] anyway,” raises intrigue for Baek Su Jeong, who is known as the “division director killer” for her willingness to stand up for herself and fight when necessary.
Choi Hyun Wook will star as chaebol heir Ban Ju Yeon, the new director of the strategic planning division at Yongseong Department Store. Ban Ju Yeon looks dapper in his clean-cut suit as he faces the front. The text on his poster, “I will perfectly prove that I have the qualifications to become the heir,” reflects his firm resolve to hide his hobby and alter ego “Black Dragon” in order to be recognized as a proper heir.
Im Se Mi takes on the role of Seo Ha Jin, a pub owner who, after dating her first love for 10 years and marrying him, divorces within a year. Despite her kind appearance, Seo Ha Jin has a strong personality as reflected by her unwavering gaze. The text on her poster, “I don’t have plans to date for the time being,” raises curiosity for her love life.
Kwak Si Yang stars as Kim Shin Won, the head of the design department at Yongseong Department Store. Kim Shin Won’s yellow backdrop is reminiscent of the warm spring sun. The copy on his poster, “It’s my first time confessing to someone,” conveys how he has yet to experience his first love despite his popularity. Eventually, Kim Shin Won will meet his first love, Seo Ha Jin.
The individual posters further impress as they come together to create an adorable heart backdrop. The text, “Love, as if you have never experienced an embarrassing past,” raises anticipation for the spectacular love story waiting to unfold.
“My Dearest Nemesis” is set to premiere on February 17 at 8:50 p.m. KST.
