Kang Ha Neul, Yoo Hae Jin, And Park Hae Joon's New Film “Yadang: The Snitch” Confirms Premiere Date In Thrilling First Poster
Upcoming film “Yadang: The Snitch” has unveiled its first-look poster and announced its premiere date!
On February 5, the film’s distributor released the launch poster and confirmed the film will hit theaters on April 23.
“Yadang: The Snitch” follows a broker who controls South Korea’s drug trade, a prosecutor eager to rise through the ranks, and a detective willing to risk everything to bring down drug-related crime. As their goals collide, a high-stakes showdown unfolds.
The film has generated significant buzz ahead of its release as the first to focus on a little-known but real aspect of South Korea’s underground drug investigations.
Kang Ha Neul plays Lee Kang Soo, a broker known as “Yadang,” who sells information about drug criminals to law enforcement. Yoo Hae Jin portrays Gu Kwan Hee, a prosecutor from a rough background determined to rise through the ranks, creating strong on-screen chemistry with Kang Ha Neul. Park Hae Joon plays Oh Sang Jae, a relentless leader of a drug investigation team committed to dismantling drug crime, adding to the film’s intense tension.
The newly released poster shows Kang Ha Neul, flanked by Yoo Hae Jin and Park Hae Joon, highlighting their intense three-way conflict. The tagline, “Drug trade broker—prosecutors, detectives, and addicts all line up before him,” offers a glimpse into the hidden world of “Yadang,” where informants sell information about drug criminals to authorities. This sets the stage for the gripping drama to come.
“Yadang: The Snitch” is set to hit theaters on April 23. Stay tuned!
