Seo Kang Jun Goes From Unassuming Student To Fierce Secret Agent In "Undercover High School"

MBC’s “Undercover High School” is a comedy action drama about a National Intelligence Service (NIS) agent who goes undercover as a high school student to track down Emperor Gojong’s missing gold.

In what marks his first acting role since his military discharge, Seo Kang Jun will star as Jeong Hae Seong, an ace NIS field agent who has everything from looks to skills. After receiving a special mission, Jeong Hae Seong disguises himself as a high school student and attempts to fly under the radar.

However, even though he tries to remain focused solely on his mission, Jeong Hae Seong inadvertently winds up getting involved with the students and incidents unfolding at school—and he also becomes entangled with teacher Oh Soo Ah (Jin Ki Joo) and school chairwoman Seo Myung Joo (Kim Shin Rok).

Newly released stills capture Jeong Hae Seong looking boyish in his high school uniform while trying to blend in as a student. However, when it’s time for him to transform into secret agent mode, his gaze turns sharp and fierce in the blink of an eye. When Jeong Hae Seong dons a suit and assesses his surroundings with a keen eye, he exudes an intimidating aura that hints at the tension of the situations in which he finds himself.

“Undercover High School” will premiere on February 21 at 9:50 p.m. KST.
