KBS2’s new drama “For Eagle Brothers” is set to bring tears to viewers in the upcoming episodes.

“For Eagle Brothers” tells the story of the five brothers of the traditional brewery Eagle Brewery, which has been making traditional liquor for three generations, and their eldest sister-in-law, who suddenly becomes the head of the family after her husband’s unexpected death just 10 days into their marriage.

The upcoming episode of “For Eagle Brothers” will follow the aftermath of the tragic passing of Oh Jang Soo (Lee Pil Mo), the family’s pillar, and the grief of those left behind.

Previously, Oh Jang Soo was fatally injured in a car accident after failing to notice an oncoming truck while attempting to retrieve a fallen pendant containing a photo of him and his wife Ma Kwang Sook (Uhm Ji Won). Upon hearing the devastating news, Kwang Sook and Jang Soo’s younger brothers rushed to the hospital, only to be met with the news of Jang Soo’s passing. Overcome with shock and disbelief, Kwang Sook collapsed.

Newly released stills capture Kwang Sook, usually a beacon of warmth and cheer, now consumed by sorrow. Having completed her husband’s funeral, she returns to the now-empty Eagle Brewery and solemnly lights the place up. Her expression, etched with grief and emptiness, reflects the weight of her loss.

In one still, she gently caresses the jar of “Jang Kwang Liquor”—a liquor named after both her and Jang Soo—lost in bittersweet memories of their time together. With her beloved husband gone just 10 days after their wedding, viewers are left wondering how Kwang Sook will endure this painful trial.

Meanwhile, after Jang Soo’s funeral, his four younger brothers—Oh Cheon Soo (Choi Dae Chul), Oh Heung Soo (Kim Dong Wan), Oh Beom Soo (Yoon Bak), and Oh Kang Soo (Lee Seok Ki)—gather to discuss the future of the brewery. Cheon Soo, the second eldest, is determined to protect the family business, but his younger brothers fiercely oppose him. As they come face-to-face with harsh realities, the four must make a final, fateful decision—one that will determine the destiny of Eagle Brewery.
