Jeon Suk Ho Transforms Into A Loving Husband And Father Who Puts His Family First In New Drama

ENA’s upcoming drama “Riding Life” (literal translation) has unveiled the first glimpse of Jeon Suk Ho’s character!

“Riding Life” follows working mom Lee Jung Eun (Jeon Hye Jin), who asks her mother Yoon Ji Ah (Jo Min Soo) to give her daughter rides to academies as the girl prepares for the “7-year-old exam” (an entrance test for top English-language academies). Set in the cutthroat education hub of Daechi district, the drama takes a humorous yet thought-provoking look at the intense world of early childhood education and the pressures of private tutoring.

While the three generations of women—Jung Eun, Ji Ah, and Seo Yoon (Kim Sa Rang)—navigate their chaotic world of giving rides, there is one person who is busy trying to read the room, keep the peace, and bring smiles to the ladies’ faces. That person is none other than Jung Eun’s endearing husband Hong Jae Man (Jeon Suk Ho). Jae Man is a home shopping merchandise director (MD) who is immature and often scolded by his wife. Despite his work struggles, he always prioritizes his family.

In the newly released stills, Jae Man is seen taking on household chores like cooking and folding laundry in place of his busy wife. Always bracing himself for a scolding, Jae Man sticks close to his wife Jung Eun, exuding a mix of pitiful yet endearing charms.

Another highlight to look forward to is the comedic chemistry between Jeon Seok Ho and Jeon Hye Jin as an on-screen couple. The dynamic between Jung Eun, the undisputed ruler of the household, and Jae Man, who shrinks in her presence, is sure to bring plenty of laughs. Additionally, the drama will portray the realistic struggles of a dual-income couple, resonating with viewers on a deeper level.

The production team remarked, “Jeon Suk Ho has perfectly brought to life Jae Man, a husband who feels like someone you might know in real life, as the most down-to-earth and relatable character. Please look forward to his presence, which will add humor and warmth to the story of the three generations of women.”
