Heo Joon Ho Impresses With His Performance As An Extremely Cruel Villain In “Buried Hearts”

Heo Joon Ho is set to deliver a chilling performance with his villainous role in “Buried Hearts”!

“Buried Hearts” tells the story of a man who manages to hack a political slush fund account worth 2 trillion won (approximately $1.4 billion) and the man who kills him without knowing he’s been hacked—thus accidentally losing the entire 2 trillion won.

Veteran actor Heo Joon Ho plays the wealthy and immensely powerful professor Yum Jang Sun, who was formerly the head of the National Intelligence Service (NIS). Yum Jang Sun controls kingmakers from behind and secretly holds the strings to all of society, and he derives pleasure from being able to move people around at his will like puppets.

Speaking about his villainous role in “Buried Hearts,” Heo Joon Ho revealed, “This is the most evil character I’ve ever played,” and added, “I kept thinking, ‘How can someone be this evil?’” expressing his astonishment at the character’s sheer cruelty.

Regarding Heo Joon Ho’s performance, the production team remarked, “Watching Heo Joon Ho act on set never ceases to amaze us. He proves with every fiber of his being why he is unrivaled. Despite being a renowned actor with vast experience, he constantly wrestles with the script and gives his all to analyze his character. He also looks after his juniors and creates a harmonious atmosphere on set. We are confident that Heo Joon Ho will make history with his villainous role in ‘Buried Hearts.’ We ask for your interest and support.”
