Choi Hyun Wook and Mun Ka Young have transformed into online game characters in “My Dearest Nemesis”!
Based on a popular webtoon, “My Dearest Nemesis” tells the love story of a man and woman who first meet via their online game characters during their school days, then meet again in real life as boss and employee 16 years later.
In the newly released stills, Ban Ju Yeon (Choi Hyun Wook) and Baek Su Jeong (Mun Ka Young) transform into characters from an online game. This setting represents the in-game universe where the two first meet under their game nicknames “Black Dragon” and “Strawberry.”
The two form a team and lead every battle to victory as partners. Baek Su Jeong and Ban Ju Yeon grow closer as they play the game and chat together, but their highly anticipated first offline meeting turns into a legendary embarrassing moment, leaving them as each other’s worst first love.
At the press conference for “My Dearest Nemesis” held on February 12, Mun Ka Young shared, “To bring the online game characters to life, Choi Hyun Wook and I practiced together at an action school to perfect our coordination,” raising viewers’ anticipation for the upcoming premiere.
“My Dearest Nemesis” is set to premiere on February 17 at 8:50 p.m. KST.
