Ahn Jae Wook And Uhm Ji Won Go Out For A Meal After Unexpectedly Crossing Paths In "For Eagle Brothers"

KBS 2TV’s “For Eagle Brothers” has shared a glimpse of Ahn Jae Wook and Uhm Ji Won sharing a meal!

“For Eagle Brothers” tells the story of the five brothers of the Eagle Brewery family, which has been making traditional liquor for three generations, and their eldest sister-in-law, who suddenly takes charge of the brewery after her husband’s unexpected death just 10 days into their marriage.

Uhm Ji Won stars as Ma Kwang Sook, the widow who becomes the head of Eagle Brewery, while Ahn Jae Wook plays Han Dong Seok, the widowed chairman of LX Hotel.

Previously on “For Eagle Brothers,” Ma Kwang Sook surprised everyone by announcing that she would take charge of Eagle Brewery after her brothers-in-law made the difficult decision to shut it down following Oh Jang Soo’s death.

In newly released stills from the drama’s next episode, Ma Kwang Sook goes to visit her late husband’s remains at his columbarium. There, she leaves the liquor that holds special meaning for them next to his funeral urn.

While at the columbarium, Ma Kwang Sook unexpectedly runs into Han Dong Seok—and she is surprised to learn that despite seeming cold as ice, the widower faithfully visits his wife’s remains every week. Although the two characters previously bickered every time they ran into one another, this new knowledge about Han Dong Seok makes Ma Kwang Sook see him in a different light.

After coincidentally crossing paths, Ma Kwang Sook and Han Dong Seok wind up grabbing a meal together. Initially, things are a bit awkward, but Ma Kwang Sook manages to break the ice with her signature cheerful attitude—and later, Han Dong Seok is saddened by the casual way she talks about her situation.

However, just as the two begin to open their hearts to one another, something Ma Kwang Sook says gets on Han Dong Seok’s nerves, causing him to get up to leave.
