Lee Jun Hyuk Dishes On "Love Scout," His Acting Philosophy, And More

Lee Jun Hyuk recently joined Arena Homme Plus for a digital cover shoot and interview!

During the interview that followed his shoot, Lee Jun Hyuk shared his thoughts on his hit drama “Love Scout” and how his character differed from his past roles.

The actor commented, “I’ve played a lot of unique roles and taken on new challenges, so my filmography is filled with distinctive characters. Therefore, even if I play an unusual role, it doesn’t feel that unusual anymore. So when I played a more normal character, it felt like the most unique one in my filmography. In that sense, ‘Love Scout’ was a new challenge for me.”

He also opened up about his philosophy as an actor, saying, “Some actors have a clear charm that allows them to keep playing similar roles. I’m not sure if my charm is like that. I haven’t done that; even if I’ve failed along the way, I’ve kept taking on different roles. I’ve built up my career like that, so I think I’ll keep trying new things in the future.”
