Jang Ki Yong In Talks To Sign With New Agency Following Departure From YG
Jang Ki Yong may sign an exclusive contract with UAA!
On February 18, UAA confirmed, “We had a meeting regarding the exclusive contract with Jang Ki Yong,” and added that the contract is being positively reviewed.
Jang Ki Yong has been seeking a new agency after YG Entertainment decided to end its actor management division to focus on its music business.
Jang Ki Yong’s potential move to UAA comes after his collaboration with UAA actress Song Hye Kyo in “Now, We Are Breaking Up.” He will also star alongside UAA’s actress Ahn Eun Jin in the upcoming SBS drama “Shouldn’t Have Kissed” (literal translation) later this year.
Known for his roles in “Come and Hug Me,” “Search: WWW,” and “My Roommate Is a Gumiho,” Jang Ki Yong has built a reputation for both his acting talent and star power. He is also set to appear in the mystery thriller “Pigpen” (working title) this year.
