Lee Ji Hoon And Cha Woo Jin React Differently To Their Sister's Meddlesome Behavior In "The Noisy Mansion"
Upcoming film “The Noisy Mansion” has shared new stills of Lee Ji Hoon and Cha Woo Jin!
“The Noisy Mansion” is a mystery-comedy thriller that follows Geo Ul (Kyung Soo Jin), an unemployed woman seeking justice, as she investigates the source of a mysterious noise that echoes through an apartment complex every day at 4 a.m. As the winner of the 2020 Korean Film Council Screenplay Contest and a featured selection at the 19th London Korean Film Festival, the film has already garnered attention for its strong storytelling ahead of its release.
Lee Ji Hoon plays Du On, Geo Ul’s younger brother and an elite divorce lawyer. A single father raising his child alone, Du On is always busy and is the complete opposite of his meddlesome sister Geo Ul. Rational and sharp-minded, he tries to keep his life in order, but his inner peace is constantly disrupted by Geo Ul’s meddling. After countless conflicts, he ultimately forces her to move out.
One image captures Du On with an exasperated expression, as if he’s on the verge of losing his patience with his sister. In another, he is seen holding a bag of fruit as he visits her after she moves out, hinting at his tsundere personality.
Director Lee Ru Da praised Lee Ji Hoon’s performance, saying, “Even in challenging situations, Lee Ji Hoon delivered outstanding performances without needing multiple takes. He was like the dependable problem solver on our set.”
Meanwhile, Cha Woo Jin plays Se On, the youngest of the three siblings. Unlike his older brother Du On, Se On takes a more laid-back approach to Geo Ul’s behavior and calmly observes her. He is a police officer frequently called to Baekse Apartments due to noise complaints.
“The Noisy Mansion” is set to hit theaters on February 26.
