Watch: Jo Byeong Gyu Meets His First Love Bang Minah In Upcoming Drama Teaser
Upcoming series “History of Losers” (literal translation) is finally set to premiere after three years of waiting!
On February 21, an official teaser video for “History of Losers” was released.
Based on a webtoon written by Kim Poong and drawn by Shim Yoon Su, “History of Losers” is a romantic comedy that portrays the growth of four friends—played by Jo Byeong Gyu, Ryeoun, Jung Jae Kwang, and Jung Yong Ju—who met as college classmates 25 years ago, as they navigate the ups and downs of love and heartbreak.
In the first teaser video, Seo Min Ki (Jo Byeong Gyu) is shown meeting his first love Seol Ha (Bang Minah) and falling for her. The teaser also hints at the love stories of each character.

At the time of the drama’s casting announcement, the main lead Jo Byeong Gyu faced allegations of school violence. Despite the controversy, filming proceeded, and production was completed by August 2022, leaving the drama awaiting a broadcast schedule. Adding to the delay, another lead actor Song Ha Yoon became embroiled in her own school violence allegations in April of last year, further postponing the drama’s release.
“History of Losers” is now set to premiere on February 26, with two episodes released every week.
