Han Sun Hwa, Hong Ye Ji, And WJSN's Yeoreum's Upcoming Comedy Movie Begins Filming

Filming for the upcoming comedy movie “Teaching Internship” (literal translation) is officially underway!

The movie’s production team has revealed that the cast and crew of “Teaching Internship” began filming on February 10, after performing a traditional ritual to ensure the film’s smooth progress and success.

“Teaching Internship” follows enthusiastic aspiring teacher Kang Eun Gyeong (Han Sun Hwa), who returns to her alma mater for a student teaching internship. While there, she becomes determined to uncover the mystery behind a school club whose members consistently rank first in national mock exams.

Earlier this month, it was confirmed that Han Sun Hwa and Hong Ye Ji would be playing the leading roles. Later, WJSN’s Yeoreum and Yoo Seon Ho also joined the cast.

The upcoming film will be helmed by director Kim Min Ha of “Idiot Girls and School Ghost: School Anniversary,” who will bring a fresh take to the genre with a strong storyline and distinctive characters.

“Teaching Internship” is scheduled to hit theaters in the second half of 2025.
