Upcoming film “Revelations” has unveiled its first poster and teaser!

“Revelations” follows a pastor who believes he has a divine mission to punish the perpetrator of a missing persons case. Meanwhile, a detective haunted by visions of her deceased sister investigates the case. The film explores how their beliefs influence their actions. The film is adapted from writer Choi Gyu Seok’s webtoon.

The poster features Ryu Jun Yeol as Pastor Sung Min Chan, who believes he has witnessed a divine revelation; Shin Hyun Been as Detective Lee Yeon Hui, who is tormented by visions of her late sister; and Shin Min Jae as Kwon Yang Rae, an ex-convict suspected in the disappearance. Standing in a rain-soaked forest, the three characters gaze in different directions as if searching for something, sparking curiosity about how their beliefs and choices will clash. A shadowy presence, partially hidden among the trees, deepens the mystery, building anticipation for the film’s unpredictable storyline.

The teaser, released alongside the poster, opens with a chilling phone call reporting the disappearance of a teenage girl from Pastor Sung Min Chan’s church. Soon after, ex-convict Kwon Yang Rae visits the church, and Sung Min Chan receives a revelation that Kwon Yang Rae is the culprit, setting off a relentless pursuit.

Meanwhile, Detective Lee Yeon Hui, still haunted by visions of her late sister, investigates the case and uncovers suspicious connections between Sung Min Chan and Kwon Yang Rae. Her unsettling words, “She says she waited for me to be rescued,” hint at her unresolved guilt and the mystery surrounding her younger sister’s fate. As the tagline, “With twisted faith, madness begins,” appears on screen, an intense chase unfolds, heightening suspense and amplifying anticipation for the film.
