BLACKPINK's Lisa To Become First K-Pop Artist To Perform At The Oscars

BLACKPINK’s Lisa will be performing at the Oscars with Doja Cat and RAYE!

On February 24 (local time), The Academy announced that Lisa will perform her new song “BORN AGAIN” at the 97th Academy Awards on March 2 at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. This will mark the first time a K-pop artist will perform at the Oscars.

Doja Cat and RAYE, who featured on the song, will also be performing alongside Lisa at the Oscars, making it the first live performance of “BORN AGAIN.”

“BORN AGAIN” was pre-released on February 7 as one of the tracks on Lisa’s upcoming first full-length album “ALTER EGO.” “BORN AGAIN” debuted at No. 69 on the Hot 100 as well as No. 12 on Billboard’s Global Excl. U.S. chart and No. 22 on the Global 200.
