EXO's Doh Kyung Soo's Agency Provides Update On Legal Action Against Malicious Commenters

EXO’s Doh Kyung Soo’s agency has signaled its intent to continue taking strict legal action against malicious commenters without leniency.

On February 25, Company Soosoo released the following statement regarding the ongoing legal proceedings against online defamation and unlawful activities targeting Doh Kyung Soo.

Hello, this is Company Soosoo.

We would like to provide an update on the legal actions we are taking against malicious online posts and comments containing slander, the spreading of false information, and defamation directed at our artist Doh Kyung Soo.

As previously announced on September 20, 2024, we have filed criminal complaints against individuals responsible for such malicious posts and comments. As a result of the investigation, a suspect who has persistently spread false information and defamatory content has been identified. Further legal proceedings will follow according to due process.

In addition, we will continue to take firm legal measures against other harmful posts in accordance with proper procedures. To protect our artists, we are conducting regular monitoring across various online platforms and will take additional legal action against any additional malicious content that emerges.
