Lee Jun Young And Jeong Eun Ji's New Rom-Com 'Pump Up The Healthy Love' Confirms Premiere Date

KBS2’s upcoming drama “Pump Up the Healthy Love” (also known as “24/7 Fitness Center“) has officially locked in its April premiere and unveiled an exciting lineup!

“Pump Up the Healthy Love” is a rom-com drama about Do Hyun Joong (Lee Jun Young), a passionate and determined gym owner, who radically transforms the lives of his overly anxious gym members.

Lee Jun Young plays Do Hyun Joong, a world-class bodybuilder who unexpectedly finds himself managing an old neighborhood gym. Born weighing less than a 1.5 kilogram dumbbell, Hyun Joong rewrote his life story through sheer dedication to fitness, eventually claiming victory at the prestigious “Mr. David” bodybuilding competition. However, after suddenly disappearing from the spotlight, he returns—not as a champion, but as a neighborhood gym owner caught between running a business and coaching members.

Jeong Eun Ji portrays Lee Mi Ran, a gym newbie with barely any muscle. After a shocking breakup, she stumbles into the gym and ends up under the intense guidance of Hyun Joong, who promises to change both her body and her life. What starts as a breakup recovery mission quickly turns into an even greater battle—surviving Hyun Joong’s grueling training.

Meanwhile, Lee Mi Do and Lee Seung Woo join the cast as gym employees. Lee Mi Do plays Rosa, a veteran staff member who expertly handles even the most difficult members while keeping a wary eye on the second-generation owner Hyun Joong, whom she sees as an unwelcome intruder. In contrast, Lee Seung Woo takes on the role of Alex, the gym’s adorable yet muscular mascot, earning the nickname “Baby-faced Muscle Man.” Despite his soft looks, he boasts an impressively sculpted physique and follows Hyun Joong like a devoted disciple.

Lastly, Park Sung Yeon, Lee Ji Hye, and Hong Yoon Hwa form the gym’s hilarious “Witch Trio.” Park Sung Yeon leads the group as Im Sung Im, the ultimate troublemaker, while Lee Ji Hye and Hong Yoon Hwa play her loyal right and left hands, Yoon Boo Young and Park Dul Hee. Having formed an unbreakable sisterhood at the gym, the trio is a force to be reckoned with—especially at the gym, where their confidence and charisma truly shine.

“Pump Up the Healthy Love” is set to premiere on April 30 at 9:50 p.m. KST. Stay tuned!
