JTBC’s upcoming drama “The Art of Negotiation” has unveiled intriguing new teasers ahead of its premiere!

“The Art of Negotiation” follows the story of Yoon Joo No (Lee Je Hoon), an M&A expert who is known as a legendary negotiator, as he leads his team through high-stakes corporate challenges. The drama is helmed by director Ahn Pan Seok, who is known for his meticulous attention to detail and realism.

A new video previews the first episode and captures Yoon Joo No, who is heading to the financially struggling Sanin Group, and Ha Tae Soo (Jang Hyun Sung), the group’s CFO who doesn’t seem to approve of him. As Yoon Joo No joins the group’s M&A team, he handpicks his team members—Oh Soon Young (Kim Dae Myung) who replies with a warm smile, and Kwak Min Jung (Ahn Hyun Ho) and intern Choi Jin Soo (Cha Kang Yoon), both of whom seem startled to learn that they’ve been selected.

It is also revealed that Sanin Group needs to secure 11 trillion won (approximately $75 billion) to repay its debts, making CEO Song Jae Shik (Sung Dong Il) emphasize to Yoon Joo No that saving the company must be the top priority.

The teaser further highlights tension, with Ha Tae Soo warning that he could sell off affiliates with poor sales, even though it might jeopardize the employees’ livelihoods. Yoon Joo No is also seen having strategic discussions with his team, striving to find the best solution. Meanwhile, a voice-over adds, “It’s better to fail than to lose favor in the eyes of the next CEO,” hinting at the rocky road ahead for Joo No and raising anticipation over how he will navigate these challenges.

In another teaser, Lee Je Hoon exudes the confidence of a top negotiator as he lounges on a sofa. With a playful grin, he says, “‘The Art of Negotiation’ [that premieres] on March 8. You’re going to watch it? I knew you had a good eye.” He continues in a flirtatious tone, “But honestly, I thought you’d watch our drama. Why, you ask?” Leaning forward, he answers, “Well, you just seemed like a good fit with me.”
