Hong Jong Hyun’s Cameo As Mun Ka Young’s Blind Date Sparks Choi Hyun Wook's Jealousy In “My Dearest Nemesis”

tvN’s “My Dearest Nemesis” is gearing up for an exciting twist with a special cameo by Hong Jong Hyun!

Based on a popular webtoon, “My Dearest Nemesis” tells the story of Ban Ju Yeon (Choi Hyun Wook) and Baek Su Jeong (Mun Ka Young), who first meet via their online game characters during their school days, then meet again in real life as boss and employee 16 years later.

In the previous episode, Su Jeong and Ju Yeon embarked on a business trip to secure a contract for Yongsung Department Store. During their trip, a tipsy Ju Yeon kissed Su Jeong in a bold attempt to make her see him as a man—hinting at his growing feelings for her.

Now, new stills tease the arrival of Hong Jong Hyun, whose character will shake up Su Jeong and Ju Yeon’s dynamic. The actor takes on the role of Yoon Ji Hoo, Su Jeong’s blind date, throwing an unexpected wrench into Su Jeong and Ju Yeon’s blossoming romance.

In the newly released stills, Ji Hoo gazes at Su Jeong with warm eyes and a gentle smile. Su Jeong, in turn, meets his gaze and listens attentively. Unlike the younger Ju Yeon, Ji Hoo is the perfect match for what Su Jeong has always envisioned as her ideal type—an older, mature man. With his handsome looks and undeniable charm, could he become a serious contender for her heart?

Meanwhile, Ju Yeon unexpectedly witnesses Su Jeong and Ji Hoo together outside their office after work. His expression is filled with shock—and an unmistakable hint of jealousy—as he watches Su Jeong with another man. What has happened since the two shared a kiss during their trip? And does this signal trouble for their evolving relationship?
