
Kim Hyun Jin And Jin Ho Eun Join Lee Jung Jae And Lim Ji Yeon In Talks For New Romance Drama
Kim Hyun Jin and Jin Ho Eun may be starring in the upcoming tvN drama “Petty Love” (literal title)!
On March 5, YTN reported that Kim Hyun Jin and Jin Ho Eun have been cast in “Petty Love.”
In response to the report, both Kim Hyun Jin’s agency YG Entertainment and Jin Ho Eun’s agency Outer Universe stated, “They have received offers and are currently reviewing them.”
Kim Hyun Jin has reportedly been offered the role of Im Sun Woo, the younger sibling of Im Hyun Joon, while Jin Ho Eun has been offered to play Wi Hong Shin, the younger sibling of Wi Jung Shin.
Lee Jung Jae and Lim Ji Yeon are currently in talks to star as Im Hyun Joon and Wi Jung Shin respectively.
“Petty Love” delves into the love-hate relationship between a veteran actor renowned for his detective roles who dreams of becoming a master of romantic dramas, and a former award-winning political journalist who finds herself demoted to the entertainment desk. The series is penned by Jung Yeo Rang of “Doctor Cha” and helmed by Kim Ga Ram of “Good Partner.”
Kim Hyun Jin debuted as a model in 2016 before making a name for himself through dramas such as “Cheer Up,” “Dreaming of a Freaking Fairy Tale,” and “My Sweet Mobster.” He is also set to appear in the upcoming series “Crushology 101,” which premieres next month.
Jin Ho Eun, who made his acting debut in 2018, has appeared in the Netflix series “All of Us Are Dead” as well as dramas like “Sh**ting Stars” and “Love in the Big City.”
