Lee Se Young Joins Lee Jong Suk, Shin Min Ah, And Ju Ji Hoon In Talks For New Drama
Lee Se Young has been offered a role in the upcoming drama adaptation of “The Remarried Empress”!
On March 7, Lee Se Young’s agency responded to reports that the actress was appearing in “The Remarried Empress” by clarifying, “It is one of the projects for which she has received a casting offer.”
Based on the popular web novel of the same name, “The Remarried Empress” is a fantasy romance that tells the story of Navier, the perfect empress of the Eastern Empire. When her husband Sovieshu, the emperor of the Eastern Empire, cheats on her and divorces her, Navier gets married to Heinrey, the emperor of the Western Empire.
Shin Min Ah and Lee Jong Suk are currently in talks to star in the drama as Navier and Heinrey respectively, while Ju Ji Hoon has been offered the role of Sovieshu.
Lee Se Young has reportedly been offered the role of Rashta, a runaway slave whom Sovieshu unexpectedly discovers during a hunt. Soon after entering the palace, Rashta becomes Sovieshu’s mistress.
