Park Hyung Sik Eyes Woo Hyun With Suspicion In A Tense Reunion In “Buried Hearts”

Park Hyung Sik will be facing a tense reunion with Woo Hyun in “Buried Hearts”!

SBS’s “Buried Hearts” tells the story of a man who manages to hack a political slush fund account worth 2 trillion won (approximately $1.4 billion) and the man who kills him without knowing he’s been hacked—thus accidentally losing the entire 2 trillion won. Park Hyung Sik stars as Seo Dong Joo, the leader of the Daesan Group chairman’s Public Affairs team.

Previously, Seo Dong Joo narrowly escaped an assassination attempt by Yum Jang Sun (Heo Joon Ho) and Heo Il Do (Lee Hae Young), but the ordeal left him with complete memory loss. Before losing his memories, Seo Dong Joo was an ambitious figure determined to climb to the top of Daesan Group. He shared a close relationship with Daesan Group chairman Cha Kang Cheon (Woo Hyun), who trusted him enough to reveal the secrets of his slush fund vault.

Now, newly released stills tease a tense reunion between Seo Dong Joo and Cha Kang Cheon. Seo Dong Joo appears bewildered as he locks eyes with the chairman, but his confusion quickly shifts to suspicion—gripping Cha Kang Cheon’s arm tightly and having his fist up, as if preparing for a confrontation. Meanwhile, Cha Kang Cheon looks startled by Seo Dong Joo’s unexpected reaction.

With their fateful reunion, curiosity is mounting over whether Seo Dong Joo will regain his memories—and if he does, whether he will keep it a secret.
