
March Boy Group Brand Reputation Rankings Announced
The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for male idol groups!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community indexes of various boy groups, using big data collected from February 8 to March 8.
BTS topped this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 6,980,701, marking a 34.54 percent increase in their score since February. High-ranking phrases in the group’s keyword analysis included “Billboard,” “Jimin,” and “j-hope,” while their highest-ranking related terms included “record,” “release,” and “take over.” BTS’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 91.59 percent positive reactions.
SEVENTEEN took second place with a brand reputation index of 5,969,482, marking a 10.16 percent rise in their score since last month.
BIGBANG jumped to third place after seeing a 72.60 percent increase in their brand reputation index, bringing their total score to 4,369,863 for March.
SHINee rose to fourth place with a brand reputation index of 2,998,172, marking a 23.97 percent increase in their score since last month.
Finally, THE BOYZ shot to fifth place with a brand reputation index of 2,437,895, marking a 54.42 percent rise in their score since February.
