KBS Briefly Comments On Potential Broadcast Of "Dear.M"
KBS is once again reviewing the possibility of airing “Dear.M.”
On March 10, SPOTV News reported that KBS is planning to broadcast “Dear.M” on its KBS Joy channel, with the drama set to air every Monday and Tuesday at 9:50 p.m. KST starting April 14.
In response, KBS Joy briefly stated, “[The broadcast] is currently under review.”
“Dear.M” is a series that follows the aftermath of an anonymous post made on Seoyeon University’s online community about a mysterious figure named “M.” The cast includes Park Hye Soo, NCT‘s Jaehyun, Roh Jeong Eui, Bae Hyeon Seong, Lee Jin Hyuk, Woo Davi, CLC‘s Eunbin, Jo Joon Young, and more.
Originally set to premiere in February 2021, the drama was indefinitely postponed due to school bullying allegations against lead actress Park Hye Soo. Since then, “Dear.M” has remained in limbo, with KBS periodically revisiting the possibility of its release. In January last year, when reports of rescheduling surfaced, KBS responded cautiously, stating, “It is under discussion as one of several options.”
