Upcoming film “YADANG: The Snitch” has unveiled new stills of Ryu Kyung Soo and Chae Won Bin!
“YADANG: The Snitch” follows a broker who controls South Korea’s drug trade, a prosecutor eager to rise through the ranks, and a detective willing to risk everything to bring down drug-related crime. As their goals collide, a high-stakes showdown unfolds.
Ryu Kyung Soo delivers a gripping performance as Cho Hoon, the untouchable son of a South Korean presidential candidate. No matter what trouble he causes, no one dares to challenge him.
After his arrest in a drug case involving actress Um Soo Jin (Chae Won Bin), Cho Hoon is quickly released, flaunting his unchecked power with arrogance. With his chilling gaze and commanding presence, Cho Hoon’s villainous nature becomes even more apparent as he clashes with Lee Kang Soo (Kang Ha Neul).
Chae Won Bin stars as Um Soo Jin, a once-popular actress who gets caught in a downward spiral after becoming the target of a competitive investigation. Following her sudden fall from grace, she vows revenge on those who destroyed her life.
Director Hwang Byeong Guk shared his thoughts on casting Chae Won Bin, recalling, “We auditioned about 100 actors for the role, and Chae Won Bin’s performance stood out the most.” Her nuanced acting and ability to fully embody her characters have heightened anticipation for her performance.
“YADANG: The Snitch” is set to hit theaters on April 23.
