Watch: "Signal" Season 2 Unveils 1st Teaser

“Signal” is gearing up for its long-awaited return with a new season!

On March 12, tvN released its first teaser video for “The Second Signal” (literal translation), the highly-anticipated second season of the hit 2016 drama “Signal.”

“Signal” is a fantasy thriller about police officers who work together to solve cases using a mysterious walkie-talkie that enables communication between the past and present. Season 1 stars Kim Hye Soo, Jo Jin Woong, and Lee Je Hoon have all been confirmed to return for the upcoming season.

The new teaser begins with a close-up of the supernatural walkie-talkie lighting up as Lee Jae Han (Jo Jin Woong), a detective from the past, contacts the present-day criminal profiler Park Hae Young (Lee Je Hoon). In his transmission, he says, “Detective Park Hae Young? This is Lee Jae Han.”

The teaser ends with the declaration, “The transmissions will start again.”

“The Second Signal” is scheduled to premiere in the first half of 2026.
