The upcoming drama “Karma” has unveiled new stills, a poster, and a teaser!

Based on a webtoon, “Karma” is a crime thriller about six characters entangled in an ill-fated relationship from which they cannot escape, even if they want to. The newly released stills introduce these six individuals, each ensnared in a cycle of misfortune brought on by their own dark choices.

The main poster captures the tense expressions of key characters: the witness (Park Hae Soo), Ju Yeon (Shin Min Ah), the debtor (Lee Hee Joon), Gil Ryong (Kim Sung Kyun), the man with glasses (Lee Kwang Soo), and Yu Jeong (Gong Seung Yeon). A red thread links them, emphasizing the tagline, “Twisted by fate, doomed by destiny,” and foreshadowing the dark, intricate turns that bind their fates together.

The character stills offer a glimpse into pivotal moments, adding to the suspense. In one still, the witness stares intently into a dense, dark forest, raising questions about how his decision after witnessing the incident will drag him into a dangerous fate.

Another still shows Ju Yeon standing alone in an elevator, catching her breath—heightening curiosity about what has her so uneasy. Meanwhile, the debtor, furiously speaking on the phone, adds to the tension. In contrast, an image of Gil Ryong speaking with the debtor, his face unreadable, hints at a sinister deal between them.

A separate still of the man with glasses, disheveled and focused on a monitor, draws attention. In stark contrast, another image captures a quiet, intimate moment between him and Yu Jeong, sparking curiosity about the event that suddenly shifted their relationship. This contrast deepens the intrigue surrounding their connection.

The teaser video previews the fateful events that bind these characters together. It reveals the debtor, who, after confirming a 500 million won (approximately $344,342) insurance policy, hires someone to kill his father. Ju Yeon comes face-to-face with the person who once haunted her with terrifying nightmares. The man with glasses and his girlfriend, Yu Jeong, scramble to cover up a traffic accident they caused. The witness, having seen the crash, demands 30 million won (approximately $20,660) from the man with glasses. Meanwhile, Gil Ryong conspires with the debtor to plan a murder.

As the characters become entangled in this web of fate, the consequences of their choices grow more severe. Tension peaks when a buried body is discovered in the mountains, amplifying suspense over how this crime will ensnare all six individuals.
