Park Hyung Sik Infuriates Heo Joon Ho By Boldly Challenging Him In "Buried Hearts"

Get ready for an epic showdown between Park Hyung Sik and Heo Joon Ho on “Buried Hearts”!

SBS’s “Buried Hearts” tells the story of a man who manages to hack a political slush fund account worth 2 trillion won (approximately $1.4 billion) and the man who kills him without knowing he’s been hacked—thus accidentally losing the entire 2 trillion won.

Previously on “Buried Hearts,” Yum Jang Sun (Heo Joon Ho) attempted to have Seo Dong Joo (Park Hyung Sik) killed multiple times—but Seo Dong Joo managed to escape each time. After the shock of seeing his sister killed in front of him, Seo Dong Joo regained his memories and began plotting revenge against Yum Jang Sun, who ultimately decided once again to order Heo Il Do (Lee Hae Young) to kill Seo Dong Joo.

Newly released stills from the drama’s next episode hint at the fierce battle unfolding between Yum Jang Sun and Seo Dong Joo, who has managed to escape death yet again. Seo Dong Joo, who has put his life on the line for the sake of his revenge, will boldly challenge Yum Jang Sun with an open declaration of war.

Meanwhile, Yum Jang Sun will be infuriated by the daring counterattack launched by Seo Dong Joo, who is no longer hiding his intentions.

The “Buried Hearts” production team teased, “In Episode 9, which airs today, Seo Dong Joo—who has once again escaped death—will begin a thrilling counterattack. Of course, the first target of Seo Dong Joo’s counterattack is naturally Yum Jang Sun. As Seo Dong Joo boldly challenges him without hiding anything any longer, Yum Jang Sun’s anger gauge will soar.”

Praising Park Hyung Sik and Heo Joon Ho’s acting, they continued, “Once you lose yourself in the two actors’ performances, 60 minutes will fly by in the blink of an eye. Please look forward to Episode 9, which will feature a fierce no-holds-barred fight between Seo Dong Joo and Yum Jang Sun.”

The next episode of “Buried Hearts” will air on March 21 at 9:50 p.m. KST.
