EXO’s Xiumin Meets WJSN’s Exy After Time-Slipping From The Joseon Era In Upcoming Drama “Heo’s Diner"

The upcoming drama “Heo’s Diner” has shared new stills ahead of its premiere!

Based on the web novel of the same name, “Heo’s Diner” is a fantasy rom-com that follows Heo Gyun (EXO’s Xiumin), a figure from the Joseon era, who unexpectedly travels 400 years into the present time and unintentionally starts a restaurant.

Xiumin stars as Heo Gyun, a celebrated genius known for his remarkable writing skills and keen eye for aesthetics. WJSN’s Exy plays Bong Eun Sil, the daughter of a homestyle restaurant owner, who ends up partnering with Heo Gyun in running “Heo’s Diner.”

In the newly released stills, Heo Gyun, with his unkempt hair and dressed in hanbok, crash-lands in front of a nameless homestyle Korean restaurant. Confused by his sudden time slip, he tries to talk to Eun Sil, the restaurant owner’s daughter, whom he meets upon arriving in the modern era. However, Eun Sil, intoxicated, barely acknowledges him.

Meanwhile, Eun Sil’s mother (Kim Hee Jung), who has come to pick her up, is startled when she sees Heo Gyun. She stops in her tracks when Heo Gyun pleads with her for something with a desperate look in his eyes.

Adding to the suspense, an elderly man (Woo Hyun) is seen watching the trio with a mysterious gaze. It remains to be seen what connection the elderly man has with Heo Gyun.

The production team of “Heo’s Diner” commented, “The time-slip element unique to ‘Heo’s Diner’ will bring laughter and also touch viewers’ hearts. Viewers can also look forward to discovering new sides of actors Xiumin and Exy. We ask for your interest and anticipation.”

“Heo’s Diner” is set to premiere on March 24 at 5 p.m. KST.
