Park Bo Kyung And The Other Mothers Vote To Decide Jeon Hye Jin’s Daughter’s Fate In “Mother And Mom”

ENA’s “Mother and Mom” has shared new stills from its upcoming episode!

Set in the cutthroat education hub that is Seoul’s Daechi neighborhood, “Mother and Mom” is a drama that takes a humorous yet thought-provoking look at the intense world of early childhood education and the pressures of private tutoring. Jeon Hye Jin stars as Lee Jung Eun, a working mom who asks her mother Yoon Ji Ah (Jo Min Soo) to give her young daughter rides to academies as she prepares for the “7-year-old exam” (an entrance test for top English-language academies).

In the previous episode, Jung Eun worked hard to complete the A-Class admission tasks given by Ho Kyung (Park Bo Kyung). However, Jung Eun’s daughter Seo Yoon (Kim Sa Rang), overwhelmed by a demanding exam schedule, suffered stress-induced vomiting and had to be taken to the emergency room, causing her to miss the gifted academy’s intelligence test. Jung Eun pleaded with Ho Kyung for another chance, and Ho Kyung decided to leave the matter up to a vote among the A-Class mothers.

The newly released stills depict the A-Class mothers voting among themselves. Ho Kyung had previously implied that the vote was merely a formality, leading Jung Eun to believe she would pass without issue.

However, the unexpected results leave Jung Eun visibly unsettled. Tae Rin’s mother (Choi Yoon So), who also took the A-Class admission test alongside Jung Eun, looks equally shocked. Meanwhile, Ho Kyung smirks at Jung Eun before dropping an even bigger bombshell, leaving viewers curious about what exactly happened during the vote.

The next episode of “Mother and Mom” will air on March 24 at 10 p.m. KST.
