Choi Daniel Confirmed To Join "Running Man" As New Interim Member
Choi Daniel has joined SBS’s “Running Man” as an interim member!
On March 24, the production team of “Running Man” announced, “Choi Daniel has been confirmed as an interim member of ‘Running Man.’” Earlier that day, it was reported that Choi Daniel participated in the show’s filming.
Following Jun So Min‘s departure, “Running Man” continued with a six-member cast including Yoo Jae Suk, Song Ji Hyo, Kim Jong Kook, HaHa, Ji Suk Jin, and Yang Se Chan. They then discussed adopting an interim member system to avoid putting pressure on either side when filling the position.
Actor Kang Hoon was the first interim member, impressing viewers with his entertainment skills over eight weeks. Ji Ye Eun continued on the show after Kang Hoon’s departure and eventually secured a permanent spot on the cast.
Given that Choi Daniel actively appeared on the variety show “The Manager,” which led him to win Best Entertainer at the 2024 MBC Entertainment Awards, the actor is expected to showcase his unique talent and humor on “Running Man.”
Choi Daniel will make his debut as an interim member of the show on April 6. Stay tuned!
