ENA’s “Mother and Mom” has shared new stills from its upcoming episode!

Set in the cutthroat education hub that is Seoul’s Daechi neighborhood, “Mother and Mom” is a drama that takes a humorous yet thought-provoking look at the intense world of early childhood education and the pressures of private tutoring. Jeon Hye Jin stars as Lee Jung Eun, a working mom who asks her mother Yoon Ji Ah (Jo Min Soo) to give her young daughter rides to academies as she prepares for the “7-year-old exam” (an entrance test for top English-language academies).

As a child, Jung Eun sacrificed her dreams because of her mother, Ji Ah. Determined to raise her own daughter, Seo Yoon (Kim Sa Rang), differently, she worked hard as both a mother and a professional. However, she believed Ji Ah was holding them back, leading her to finally express the emotions she had long suppressed. As a result, she decided to stop relying on Ji Ah for Seo Yoon’s academy rides.

In the final episode, Jung Eun makes a life-changing decision—she resigns from her job to focus entirely on raising Seo Yoon, determined to give her the care and attention she previously couldn’t. But as she spends more time with her daughter, she realizes what Seo Yoon truly wants, forcing her to confront what she has overlooked as a mother.

Meanwhile, Ji Ah regrets not recognizing the pain her daughter had been silently enduring. She always believed Jung Eun grew up strong on her own, but when Jung Eun confessed, “It’s so hard being your daughter,” her words cut deep. Now, Ji Ah must face the question: Can she heal their strained relationship and make amends?

At the same time, Young Wook (Jung Jin Young) has accepted a position as a visiting professor in the United States. Before leaving, he asks Ji Ah to go with him. As he waits at the airport, Ji Ah faces a life-altering choice—will she leave with him or stay behind? The future of their romance hangs in the balance.
