tvN’s upcoming drama “The Divorce Insurance” has dropped a new teaser ahead of its highly-anticipated premiere!

“The Divorce Insurance” is a new romantic comedy starring Lee Dong Wook as Noh Ki Jun, an insurance actuary in the innovative product development team at Plus Insurance. After going through no less than three divorces himself, Noh Ki Jun comes up with the idea of “divorce insurance” plans.

The newly released teaser offers a glimpse into Noh Ki Jun’s ambitious journey to launch an unprecedented divorce insurance policy.

The teaser kicks off with a shocking declaration from Ki Jun: “Boss, let’s [get a] divorce.” While his proposal is bold, the process of developing such a one-of-a-kind insurance plan is anything but smooth. His best friend and risk surveyor Ahn Jeon Man (Lee Kwang Soo) immediately objects, arguing that divorce isn’t a valid insurable risk. But Ki Jun refuses to back down, passionately insisting that divorce is the ultimate modern-day risk. Their heated debate ultimately leads to approval from Na Dae Bok (Kim Won Hae), paving the way for Ki Jun, Kang Han Deul (Lee Joo Bin), Ahn Jeon Man (Lee Kwang Soo), and Jo Ah Young (WJSN’s Exy) to form the Divorce Insurance Task Force team, ready to shake up the insurance world.

The teaser also highlights the fateful reunion between Ki Jun and Han Deul. Despite his polished exterior, Ki Jun is infamous among his friends for his three divorces—and three hefty settlements. Meanwhile, Han Deul only begins to grasp the weight of her own divorce after her husband moves out. Determined to start anew, she follows her best friend Jo Ah Young’s advice to shed her old, sweet image and fully embrace her “smiley crazy” persona. With a bold new look to match her transformation, she strides into the TF team’s interview room—only to come face-to-face with Ki Jun, leaving them both in shock.
