Rosé And Bruno Mars' 'APT.' Returns To No. 1 On Billboard Global Excl. U.S. Chart + Extends Own Record

BLACKPINK’s Rosé and Bruno Mars continue to make Billboard history with their hit single “APT.”!

On March 24 local time, Billboard announced that “APT.” had returned to No. 1 on the Global Excl. U.S. chart, marking its 18th non-consecutive week at the top of the chart. With this latest achievement, “APT.” has extended its own record as the song with the most weeks at No. 1 (across all genres, not just K-pop).

According to Luminate (formerly Nielsen Music), “APT.” recorded 76.7 million streams and 6,000 sales outside of the United States from March 14 to 20.

“APT.” also held steady at No. 2 in its 22nd consecutive week on Billboard’s Global 200, in addition to climbing back up to No. 4 on the Digital Song Sales chart—meaning it was the fourth best-selling song of the week in the United States.

Additionally, the single maintained a strong presence on U.S. radio: “APT.” ranked No. 5 on Billboard’s Pop Airplay chart (which measures weekly plays on mainstream Top 40 radio stations across the United States) and No. 9 on the Radio Songs chart (which measures U.S. radio plays across all musical genres, not just Top 40 pop).

Over on Billboard’s Hot 100, which ranks the most popular songs in the United States, “APT.” stayed strong at No. 14 in its 22nd week, and it also took No. 20 on the Streaming Songs chart.

Meanwhile, Rosé extended her own record as the longest-charting female K-pop soloist on Billboard’s Artist 100, where she ranked No. 43 in her 23rd overall week on the chart.

Finally, Rosé’s solo album “rosie” spent its 15th consecutive week on the Billboard 200 (Billboard’s weekly ranking of the most popular albums in the United States) at No. 52.

Congratulations to Rosé!
