Jung Gun Joo Transforms Into A Former Swimming Prodigy Who Is Gong Myoung's Endearing School Friend In “Way Back Love”
Upcoming TVING original series “Way Back Love” has shared new stills featuring Jung Gun Joo’s character!
Based on a novel, “Way Back Love” is a fantasy romance drama starring Kim Min Ha as Hee Wan, a 24-year-old woman who has isolated herself from society after losing the will to live. A week before her death, her childhood friend and first love Ram Woo (Gong Myoung) appears before her as a grim reaper.
Jung Gun Joo takes on the role of Lee Hong Seok, a former swimming prodigy reknowned for his exceptional skills during his middle school years. Hong Seok is the epitome of competitiveness and serves as Ram Woo’s one and only board game partner.
Not only does Jung Gun Joo flawlessly pull off the school uniform look, but he also fully brings the character of Hong Seok to life, portraying the growth and love of youth in a realistic and heartfelt manner.
Episodes 1 and 2 of “Way Back Love” will be released on April 3.
