'Buried Hearts' Heads Into Final Week On Its Highest Ratings Yet

SBS’s “Buried Hearts” continues to gain steam ahead of its final week!

On April 5, the popular drama starring Park Hyung Sik achieved its highest viewership ratings yet as it geared up for the final week of its run. According to Nielsen Korea, the latest episode of “Buried Hearts” scored an average nationwide rating of 14.6 percent, making it the most-watched miniseries of the entire week.

“Buried Hearts” was also the most-watched show of Saturday among the key demographic of viewers ages 20 to 49, with whom it earned an average rating of 3.6 percent.

Meanwhile, JTBC’s “The Art of Negotiation” kicked off the final two weeks of its run on its highest ratings to date for a Saturday (when its ratings have typically been lower compared to Sundays). The latest episode of the hit drama starring Lee Je Hoon scored an average nationwide rating of 6.9 percent.

KBS 2TV’s “For Eagle Brothers” also earned its highest Saturday ratings yet, scoring a nationwide average of 18.6 percent for the night—and successfully defending its title as the most-watched program of any kind to air on Saturday.

Finally, tvN’s “The Potato Lab” fell to an average nationwide rating of 1.2 percent ahead of its series finale.
