Based on the web novel of the same name, “Heo’s Diner” is a fantasy rom-com that follows Heo Gyun (EXO’s Xiumin), a figure from the Joseon era, who unexpectedly travels 400 years into the present time and begins running a restaurant.

In the previous episode, Heo Gyun stopped Bong Eun Sil (WJSN’s Chu So Jung) from transferring the diner to Lee Hyuk (Lee Sae On). The two then resumed managing Heo’s Diner. Meanwhile, Detective Kang (Oh Ji Ho), Lee Hyuk’s ally, secretly monitored Eun Sil’s comatose mother (Kim Hee Jung) and assisted him. However, Detective Kang grew frustrated with Lee Hyuk’s cold attitude, hinting at rising tension between them.

The newly released stills show Heo Gyun visiting Detective Kang, sparking curiosity. Heo Gyun surprises Detective Kang with an unexpected question, leaving him flustered.
