Watch: Sooyoung And Gong Myoung's Reunion Rekindles Friendship And Sparks Romance In “Second Shot At Love” Teaser
tvN’s upcoming drama “Second Shot at Love” has released a new teaser!
“Second Shot at Love” is a rom-com that follows Han Geum Ju (Girls’ Generation’s Sooyoung), a self-proclaimed “reasonable drinker” who unexpectedly reunites with her first love Seo Ui Jun (Gong Myoung)—a man who despises alcohol—and decides to take on the challenge of quitting alcohol.
The teaser opens with the reunion between Han Geum Ju and Seo Ui Jun. While Seo Ui Jun seems genuinely happy to reconnect, Han Geum Ju doesn’t quite share his enthusiasm. A voiceover reflects on their past, saying, “You two were really the best of friends,” before asking, “So why did you and Ui Jun grow so distant?” raising curiosity about what caused the rift between them.
As the teaser unfolds, the two share moments of bickering, but also some tender exchanges. In one poignant scene, Geum Ju asks, “I really didn’t understand why we had to grow apart back then,” to which Ui Jun responds, “I like you,” leaving viewers eagerly anticipating what comes next.
