SBS’s “Running Man” has shared a sneak peek of next week’s “couple race”!

On April 20, the popular variety show aired a preview of its next episode, which will feature EXO’s Kai and Kim Ah Young as guests.

The preview begins with the members and guests splitting up and forming “couples,” while others remain “single.” During a limo ride, Ji Ye Eun asks Kai what his ideal type is, and when he says, “Someone cheerful,” she jokingly replies, “That’s me.” Meanwhile, Kim Ah Young playfully “protects” her partner Yang Se Chan while driving, prompting Yoo Jae Suk to complain that they’re acting like he isn’t there.

However, it soon turns out that forming a couple isn’t necessarily advantageous: whoever is “single” holds all the power. As a result, everyone desperately wishes out loud to be the one who gets to remain single.

Later, during a quiz game, Kai repeatedly yells “Pass” instead of answering the questions—leading Yang Se Chan to joke, “Kai is basically not playing the game.” Yoo Jae Suk remarks in awe, “That kid has great spirit.”

The teaser ends with Kai telling Kim Ah Young, “You look much prettier in person. I feel like I’m seeing a celebrity.” Kim Ah Young shyly replies, “What are you saying? I’m the one who feels that way.”
