TXT's Soobin And Yeonjun Reported To Make Special Cameos In "Resident Playbook" + Drama Briefly Comments

TXT’s Soobin and Yeonjun may be making a special appearance in “Resident Playbook”!

On April 21, Xportsnews reported that the two members of TXT will be appearing in tvN’s medical drama “Resident Playbook.”

According to the report, Soobin and Yeonjun will play former idol groupmates of Um Jae Il (played by Kang You Seok), a former idol with only one hit song to his name who has since made the unusual career shift to become a resident in obstetrics and gynecology at Jongro Yulje Hospital.

In response to the report, the drama’s production team simply stated, “Please confirm through the broadcast.”

Previously, it was also announced that TXT is part of the drama’s OST lineup, making their rumored cameo even more meaningful for fans.

A spin-off of the hit series “Hospital Playlist,” tvN’s “Resident Playbook” depicts the realistic and relatable hospital lives and heartwarming friendships of obstetrics and gynecology residents at the Jongro branch of Yulje Medical Center. The series stars Go Youn Jung, Kang You Seok, Shin Si Ah, Han Ye Ji, and Jung Joon Won.
