Lee Jun Young Is Determined To Keep Jeong Eun Ji In Check In Poster For New Drama “Pump Up The Healthy Love”

Upcoming drama “Pump Up the Healthy Love” has unveiled a new poster ahead of its premiere!

“Pump Up the Healthy Love” is a rom-com drama about Do Hyun Joong (Lee Jun Young), a passionate and determined gym owner who radically transforms the lives of his overly anxious gym members. Jeong Eun Ji plays Lee Mi Ran, an assistant manager at a travel agency who joins the gym to get over a recent breakup.

The newly released poster humorously highlights the clash between fitness-obsessed Do Hyun Joong and gym newbie Lee Mi Ran. It cleverly captures the realistic tension between gym members, who refuse to give up the joy of eating, and trainers, who take responsibility not only for their clients’ workouts but also their diets.

In the poster, Hyun Joong roars in frustration as Mi Ran prepares to take a bite of bread. Whether she realizes how much it is irritating him or not, Mi Ran simply savors the moment with a carefree smile.

Also featured in the poster are longtime gym member Rosa (Lee Mi Do), the gym’s cheerful mascot Alex (Lee Seung Woo), and the “Witch Trio”—Im Sung Im (Park Sung Yeon), Yoon Boo Young (Lee Ji Hye), and Park Dul Hee (Hong Yoon Hwa).

Rosa, holding a pink dumbbell and sporting a fierce gaze, and Alex, with a stern facial expression, each try to manage the situation in their own unique ways. Meanwhile, the mischievous Witch Trio—Sung Im, Boo Young, and Dul Hee—stand defiantly against the trainers, holding bread, sweet potatoes, and pumpkin sikhye (a traditional Korean sweet rice drink), clearly unwilling to part with their favorite treats without a fight.

The text on the poster that reads, “The only thing you can eat at the gym is muscle!” hints at the hilarious battle that will unfold between gym members who cannot control their food cravings and trainers who have to manage not only their workouts but also their diets.

“Pump Up the Healthy Love” will premiere on April 30 at 9:50 p.m. KST following the conclusion of “Villains Everywhere.”
