Top 20 - March week 4
Lee Hyori finally reached the #1 spot with "Get Ya`" as her friend and rival Lee Soo Young is switching to another song. "Grace" is still #3 this week, with Lee Seung Ki’s "하기힘든말" (Words Hard To Tell) in between. For the past 3 weeks, these 3 singers with the same surname "Lee" has occupied the top 3 spots.
After a quiet week last week, we have 3 brand new songs plus 1 re-entry this week. Vibe’s "그남자 그여자 (Feat. Jang Hye Jin)" had the highest debut at #6. Their 3rd album is selling exceptionally well, coupled with the songs popularity on various internet charts, it debuts straight into the top 10.
2 spots below Vibe at #8 is another new song – they are even more impressive as this is their first ever song. See Ya, a 3rd member group labeled to be the female SG Wannabe (sorry, Gavy NJ), reached top 10 in their first appearance on the chart. They are really trained by SG Wannabe, and has the hottest songwriter Cho Young Soo writing their 1st hit song "여인의향기" (The Scent of a Woman). It looks like they are destined for success.
Another rare feat this week: 2 singers are having 2 top 20 songs – Howl has his own song "앵무새" (Parrot) at #13, and his deut with J "Perhaps Love" at #14. Jang Hye Jin does even better as she has 2 top 10 songs. Her own "마주치지말자" (Let’s Don’t Meet Again) is at #10, and she is also featured in Vibe’s "그남자 그여자" (That Man, That Woman). Congrats to both of them.
