Bae Yong Joon and Lee Young Ae, the public information envoys for the “Cheju Island Korean Wave Expo"

5/3/06 – Top Korean Wave stars Bae Yong Joon and Lee Young Ae are appointed as the public information envoys for the “Cheju Island Korean Wave Expo (제주도 한류 엑스포)” event scheduled to be held in Cheju Island in July.  In addition to attending the Expo, they will film a promotional video in 4 languages. 

The Expo will last for 1 year starting from mid July with the theme “Start of the culture of Korean Wave (한류 문화의 시작)”.  The Expo consists of Korean Wave Drama Hall, Movie Hall, Music Hall, Hall of Fame, Korean Wave Stars Hall, Enterprise Hall, Themes Exhibition Hall, etc.  Many sports stars and famous entertainers in Japan, Hong Kong, and Asian countries will be invited to attend the event.
