Ryu Si-won’s Concert DVD Takes 2nd Spot on HMV Chart

The popularity of hallyu star Ryu Si-won is showing no signs of abating in Japan.

Ryu’s DVD of his Japan Live Tour 2006 recently leaped to the second spot of the DVD booking chart of Japan’s largest record company, HMV.

The actor/singer toured seven Japanese nations beginning June 13, with all his concerts being sold out, attesting to Ryu’s unrivaled popularity in Japan. The singer’s Japanese fans hope to relive happy memories of Ryu’s concerts by watching the DVD, which consists of two discs and contains 21 tracks and the making-of film.

The DVD will go on sale in Japan November 8.
