Biography:

The four-member girl group debuted back in 2001 with their first album, "Discovery". After a member change for the second album, Jewelry made a stronger comeback with their second album, "Again." The stellar female quartet went on to release their third and fourth albums, both of which became a big hit in Korea. In their fourth album, their beloved friend, Lee Minwoo of Shinhwa, composed the title song, "Superstar". It offers an enchanting rock sound with lyrics that revolve around the advantages and strengths of a woman.

A year after the release of Jewelry’s fourth album, Lee Ji-hyun left the group as she wanted to expand her career in the direction of acting and emcee-ing. In the latter half of 2006, Jo Minah left Jewelry to achieve her dream as an actress. Undeterred, the quartet makes a comeback in 2008 with two new members, Kim Eunjung and Ha Juyeon. The latter was already acquainted with Seo Inyoung due to her participation in Inyoung’s first solo album. They entered the music scene with the representative track, "One More Time", of Jewelry’s fifth album "Kitchi Island". This is a more or less retro track that is a cover of the original song by Italian singer In-Grid. Once again, Lee Minwoo lent a hand with the lyrics, while hitmaker Park Geun-tae arranged the music. Jewelry hope this song will be a big hit like the success the Wonder Girls enjoyed with "Tell Me" in 2007.
